Day-Of Coordination Overview


Day-Of Wedding Coordination includes:

  • 1 senior wedding coordinator


  • 2 in-person planning sessions

  • 1  venue visit and planning session

  • Wedding day timeline and venue layout creation

  • Unlimited phone and email communications 

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Assisting with set up of personal decor on the wedding day (i.e. personal items for guest sign-in table, gift table, head table, etc.)
  • Wedding day coordination by senior coordinator (up to 11 hours), with set-up by 2 assistant coordinators 

  • Day-Of Coordination package: ~$1,989

Pre-wedding prep

Detailed wedding day timeline creation

Provide planned processional order

Organize decorations & inventory list

Plan venue layout and guest flow

Create reserved ceremony seating list with printed name cards

Help develop and organize floral list, guest seating chart, photography list, and vendor & important contacts list

Communicate with vendors on schedule & plan 

Organize music profile for DJ 

Consult on etiquette 

Manage clean up list


 Connect with officiant on ceremony timing

Coordinate rehearsal of processional, ceremony and recessional

Distribute high level schedule and review with wedding party and family

Address questions/concerns from family and bridal party about wedding day

Wedding Day

Lay out personal decorations (i.e. dining centerpiece items, table numbers, guest seating chart, favors, guest sign-in activity, gift/card sign, memory items, special ceremony items, programs, cocktail & lawn games, photo booth flair, bar menu and decor, cake/dessert table items) 

Coordinate vendor arrival & setup

Greet and coordinate bridal party, family, ushers and early arriving friends

Coordinate bride, groom, bridal party and family for photography

Lay out & clean up of bridal party lunch 

Care for and distribute flower bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, thrown flowers and floral centerpieces for tables

Coordinate arrival of guests and help with sign-in, seating, and pre-wedding activities


Line up processional, cue music, and cue family seating and bridal party entrance

Coordinate private marriage license signing and drinks and appetizers for couple and witnesses

Cue DJ, caterers/bar and wedding performers during reception

Cue special events: bridal party entrance, toasts, cake cutting, special dances, shoe game, bouquet/garter toss, & final send-off

Coordinate get-away car arrival and placement. Pack with couples personal bags, boxed food, dessert and wine

Distribute send-off flair & coordinate guests 

Place gifts, cards, guest book, and marriage license in designated car

Coordinate clean up of personal decorations with designated persons & vendor tear down

** Additional fee of $200 for set up of table and chairs (up to 20 tables and 200 chairs)
